| Full Range of Motion: Why golfers need to have it! A flexible and limber body will, increase range of motion in the golf swing, add control and power, create a relaxed mental state, reduce the likelihood of injury and enhance overall performance. Research has shown that most golfers do not properly warm-up to improve performance and lower the risk of injury. In this module you'll learn a systematic on-course golf training approach. You will be able to guide your patients through “hands on” training in performing stretches to gain range of motion, reduce the risk of injury and improve golf performance. These effective golf fitness moves will help patients play better, safer and have a more enjoyable round of golf. |
