Good nutrition is a key part of a strong golf game. In this module you'll gain insight on pre-game meals and on-course energy snacks. You’ll learn about the importance of the B Vitamins and the benefits of CoQ10, Vitamin A and D and Lutein for golfer performance. You'll discover why the right nutrition can help patients stay calm, reduce anxiety and finish their round with focus and energy.
